Description: This is a truly unique piece! This 20-long is set up for aquaponics, meaning you get an aquarium on the bottom and an indoor herb garden on top. A floating egg crate raft takes the place of a lid and the plant roots dangle down into the water to feed off the fish waste as a source of nutrients. The mint in these photos grew from just a few sprigs to nearly complete coverage in just a few weeks thanks to a 100W LED grow light suspended from a piece of galvanized pipe that provides plenty of illumination for the plants. The pipe is mounted securely to the stand making this a free-standing piece so there is no need to drill any holes in your wall or ceiling. The background is an illuminated, dynamic color-changing backdrop from Current USA that is 100% adjustable and customizable using the wireless remote attached to the stand. The stand is made of rough cut cedar planks stained sandalwood brown and has plenty of room for storage underneath.
